| In good faith, Cyberoam provides extension of the expiration date for few days and allow the Cyberoam appliance to receive security updates. |
| While we understand the need for an extension, any such grace period shall be henceforth deducted from the new renewal key. i.e. New expiry date of the subscription purchased will have a deduction of the number of days equivalent to the number of days an extension is applied. |
| For example: If 7 days are extended on an expiring/already expired license key, 7 days will be deducted from the new expiry date following a renewal. |
| Kindly intimate this to your customer before offering any extensions on expiring license keys.
